Delivery to United Kingdom
Make sure to provide accurate address and postcode information to prevent any errors or delays in delivery. Your delivery address must be in the United Kingdom.

Orders will be processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). All orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
Any times or dates stated on our website for delivery are estimates only. Lin&Lo will make all reasonable effort to deliver goods within the time specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time
Immediately after we accept an order placed by you on our website, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is not your receipt; it is just confirming the order you have placed is being processed.

The returns process

Free returns from the UK
For free UK returns, please follow the following link to the Royal Mail website. Simply click on this link and follow the steps.
Simply print the confirmation email you have received when you have made your purchase and include in your returned parcel with the products.
Returning the Product
Please note that a full refund will not be provided for returned goods that show signs of unreasonable use. Goods must be returned to us at PO Box 73911 London W2 7JW, United Kingdom within (14) working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.
If you return your parcel, please retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.
Processing the Refund
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us at PO Box 73911 London W2 7JW, United Kingdom, within fourteen (14) working days from delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.
Exchanges or replacements
If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your Returns note, this will be processed within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
If you choose to order a replacement item which is the same price as the item you originally ordered, then we will send you your replacement item without any additional delivery cost. If you choose to order a replacement item which is a different price to the item you originally ordered, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been refunded and to arrange payment for the replacement product.
